The Therapy Room Stockport is located on the ground floor of Heaton House (below Hero Fitness).  Parking is available at Heaton Lane car park which is directly opposite and costs 90 pence per hour Monday-Friday. 

From the A6: Turn by the George Pub opposite Stockport Town Centre on to Heaton Lane. The Therapy Room Stockport is located about 100 metres on the left, in the last building; Heaton House, just before the viaduct.  For Heaton Lane car park, pass The Therapy Room Stockport, at the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Great Egerton Street, the car park entrance is on the right.

From the M60: Take junction 1 (pyramid junction), follow the signs for A5145 towards the viaduct.  For Heaton Lane car park, take the first exit at the roundabout before the Crown Pub onto Great Egerton Street, the car park entrance is on the right.
